A 60-minute energy-balancing treatment.  As a channel and Certified Crystal Healer, I perceive and remedy energetic imbalances and blockages within the human electromagnetic field that, if left untreated, can manifest as physical ailments or emotional issues.  This session will promote optimal health through energetic crystal entrainment, as well as through channeling universal Source energy.  It is a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, clothing-on, minimal-contact therapy.

This is a 60-minute treatment during which I work with Source to realign the central energy centers of the body, otherwise known as the seven main chakras.  Source energy comes through my hands and can sometimes be perceived as heat or subtle vibration.  Many people have different experiences, such as seeing colors and images and/or feeling my hands as though they were hot stones.  Vibrationally, you are being attuned to the highest Source energy.

A 60-minute treatment that uses tuning forks to bring the body's electrical field back into harmonic resonance.   I use Eileen McKusick's method of scanning and perceiving any patches of turbulence or disharmony in one's electrical field.  Then we work to bring those pockets of light back towards the major energy centers of the body.  Can be as powerful as a Shamanic "soul retreival" for some.

A 60-minute treatment, using ancient Chinese medicine.  Reflexology has been a method of healing for centuries and can easily be incorporated into your wellness routine.  Focused acupressure relieves tension and stimulates reflex points and meridians that connect to different organs and parts of the body.  Therapeutic-grade essential oils are included with this treatment.

A 60-minute treatment that releases tensions in the brain and spinal cord that compromise the function of the central nervous system.  "By freeing the CNS to perform at its best, CranioSacral Therapy has been shown to naturally reduce pain and stress, strengthen your resistance to disease, and enhance your health and well-being" (Upledger Institute, 2016).  It is gentle and effective for all ages. 

A 60-minute gentle treatment that creates profound results for both natural and surgical scars.  This light, focused massage improves the fascial web of the skin to smooth out and restore the underlying tissue while easing pain and increasing range of motion.  The results are immediate and it truly is miracle work.

A 75-minute full-body treatment, combining Signature Massage (see below) with Reiki Chakra-Balancing to align the physical and subtle-energy bodies

A 60-minute, deeply relaxing massage, customized for you at each session, incorporating Swedish and deep-tissue therapy to address your unique areas of tension or pain.  This balancing treatment is both relaxing and therapeutic.  Reflexology, hot towels, aromatherapy and a heated table are included in every session.

Stretch your Signature Massage for 15 additional minutes (or even more--see below) for maximum relaxation.

We are bombarded with positive ions in the environment from things like power lines, cell phones, pollution, chemicals and allergens, all of which lead to inflammation in the body.  Add this crystal layout to your session, and it will help increase more negative ions to ground your body.  This will help raise serotonin levels, reduce depression, relieve stress and boost your energy.  I intuitively choose for you the most appropriate Ferromagnetic (highly grounding) stones.

A combination of tuning forks, both weighted and unweighted, and singing bowls entrains the body to beneficial frequencies.  Moving this light energy in your biofield has many benefits, a big one being pain relief from conditions like arthritis.

Hot stones ease the nervous system in a way that is much quicker than general massage can provide.  They are great year-round, but especially soothing in the fall and winter months.  I use volcanic basalt stones that hold heat very well.  Hot stones can be added to any Signature Massage for an additional fee.

Cupping is the use of small suction cups on various points of the body; this process helps to ease pain and inflammation, promotes movement of lymph fluid (great for edema), encourages blood flow to stagnant areas, and facilitates my getting deep into muscle tissue.  If you've never tried it, I highly recommend choosing this modality!  Cupping can be added to any Signature Massage for an additional fee
